Always keen to keep up with supplier compliance, Forterra contacted Altius to request a software solution in order for them to manage their supply chain in-house. They were particularly interested in the new Modern Slavery Act which had come into play and wanted to ensure they were fully compliant with this new legislation.
During discussion, it was established that Forterra would benefit from a ‘hybrid’ service solution and after board level buy-in, purchased an Exigo licence to avoid additional charges to their suppliers. In addition to this licence Altius were asked to work with them to manage their supplier compliance through the platform, keeping some elements in-house and outsourcing others to the compliance specialist.
Altius work closely with Forterra to ensure their suppliers continually have the best possible compliance levels in order to give the best protection to the business.
